Whether you’re planning a headshot day, fitness session, or corporate event, I want you to feel fully informed and confident going into your shoot.

Will I receive all the photos from the session?

You’ll receive all the final, edited images you’ve selected as part of your chosen package. Each image will be delivered in high resolution and web-ready formats — perfect for LinkedIn, websites, press releases, and social media.

How far in advance should I book you?
The earlier, the better — especially during busy seasons. I recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your ideal date and time.

Where are you located?

I’m based in Sterling, Virginia, and serve clients throughout Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland. I’m also happy to travel — reach out with the details and I’ll confirm availability.

Do you shoot in a studio or on-location?

Absolutely—both. I have a portable setup that adapts to your environment. Whether you prefer the polished look of a studio or the authentic energy of your workplace, home, or gym, I’ll help it look intentional and on-brand.

Are hair and makeup included?

Hair and makeup are not included, but I highly recommend them for best results. I can gladly refer you to a trusted artist if you’d like to add it to your session.

How many images will I receive?

Each session includes a set number of final images depending on the package you choose. You’ll select your favorites from an online proofing gallery. Additional images can be purchased individually if you'd like more.

Can you match my company’s style guide or brand look?

Absolutely — if you have specific brand guidelines, reference images, or an existing style to match, I’ll tailor the session to keep everything consistent with your visual identity.

What should I wear for my session?

Choose outfits that reflect your brand and feel authentic. Stick to solid colors and clean lines to keep attention on you—not your clothes. Bring 2–3 options for variety. Want help? I'm happy to advise.

Do I need to pay upfront?

A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot. I accept most major payment methods — details will be included in your invoice.

What is your policy for cancellations and/or rescheduling?

Life happens — if you need to reschedule, just give at least 72 hours’ notice and we’ll find a new date. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice or no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $150. All retainers are non-refundable.

I’m launching a new product/campaign — can we schedule a strategic shoot?

Definitely. I’ll collaborate with you on creative direction, shot list, location, and visual narrative to ensure your imagery aligns seamlessly with your product launch or campaign messaging.

Is there a discount for recurring or monthly branded shoots?

Yes! For ongoing portrait, fitness, or content sessions, I offer priority scheduling and package pricing. Let’s talk about a retainer agreement that aligns with your marketing calendar and brand needs.
