    Before we step into the gym—or the studio—we’ll define a creative direction that reflects your fitness journey or brand. From lighting and angles to style and story, every detail is planned to ensure your photos communicate strength, purpose, and authenticity.

    POSING & COACHING

    I’ll guide you through each pose with intention, offering clear direction on body positioning and facial expression to highlight your best features and form. Whether it’s a powerful lift or a quiet recovery moment, we’ll capture imagery that feels confident, strong, and uniquely you.

    UNLIMITED SESSION TIME

    Your fitness story deserves time and precision. While most sessions range from 1–3 hours, I don’t rush the process. I’ll dedicate the time it takes to get it right—ensuring every image feels purposeful and impactful.

    UNLIMITED WARDROBE CHANGES

    Bring as many outfits as you’d like—athletic wear, branded gear, lifestyle options—we’ll work through them all. If you’d like support, wardrobe consulting is available to help you build looks that align with your brand, tone, and goals.

    On-location sessions start at $550, serving Washington D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

    Unlimited looks and wardrobe changes

    From studio lighting to gym-based action, you’ll walk away with visuals that reflect your discipline, personality, and strength.

    GROUP FITNESS PHOTOSHOOT

    Have a team or branded fitness crew? Let’s create something cohesive and powerful.

    Group sessions are ideal for:

    Fitness studios, Gym owners, Instructor teams, Wellness brands

    Team rates begin at $175 per person, with fully customizable coverage based on your needs, location, and goals.

    Booking Tip:
    Choose between ‘Individual Fitness Photoshoot’ or ‘Group Fitness Photoshoot’ when scheduling. I recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to reserve your preferred time and location.

    Retouching, Delivery & Turnaround

    NATURAL RETOUCHING

    Every selected image is professionally retouched with a clean, natural approach. I focus on preserving your strength, tone, and expression while removing distractions—so you look powerful, confident, and true to form. No filters. No over-editing. Just you at your best.

    DIGITAL DELIVERY

    Your images are delivered via a private online gallery and optimized for a wide range of uses—including websites, social media, print campaigns, editorial features, presentations, and more. You’ll receive both high-resolution and web-friendly versions, ready to drop into whatever platform you use.

    TURNAROUND TIME

    Final retouched images are delivered within 7–10 business days after you make your selections.

    Need your images fast? I offer rush delivery within 3 business days for an additional 30% fee—perfect for tight launch timelines, media requests, or last-minute brand updates.
