Every event project starts with two pre-production calls at no additional cost. The first call is where we get to know each other. I gather information about your event, clarify your needs, and confirm fit. The second call is where we lock everything in. Shot list, schedule, arrival logistics, and every priority moment confirmed before I arrive.
Candid does not mean unplanned. Once we figure out the game plan I will know exactly where to be. I am looking for the moment right before someone realizes they are being photographed. That is usually the real one. I am always chasing that.
We go through your run of show together, build the shot list, and confirm priority moments, key people, sponsor deliverables, and must-have group shots before the day arrives. Nothing important gets missed because we already talked about it before I walked in the door.
For documentation-only coverage I arrive 30 minutes before start. For productions involving lighting, booms, or additional equipment we confirm the arrival time during our planning process and build it into the schedule.
When your event requires additional coverage I bring photographers I personally know and have worked with. This is never a surprise. Additional photographers are discussed during the planning process, approved by you, and built into the project scope before we confirm the booking. On the day everyone is briefed on the shot list and we work as one team.
Before your event, we’ll get aligned on your schedule, brand needs, and key storylines.
Together, we will create a shot plan based on your event type — whether it’s a policy panel, gala, or corporate workshop.

What to Expect from Your Event Photography Experience
I COVER
Conferences, galas, keynote events, fundraisers, grand openings, product launches, networking events, holiday parties, trade shows, government events, and headshot booths at live events.
FOR NONPROFITS AND ASSOCIATIONS
I build the shot list backward. We start with where the images need to land and work from there. Donor reports, grant documentation, press kits, and social media recaps all pull from the same shoot.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Every event booking includes a complimentary highlight gallery of 15 curated finished images. Standard delivery runs 30 to 60 finished images per hour of coverage depending on the event type and activity level. Final image count is confirmed during our planning process.

PRICING
Corporate event coverage starts at $450 for the first hour. Every booking includes a complimentary highlight gallery of 15 curated finished images. Reach out with your event details and we will put together the right coverage plan.
An extended license covering two years of worldwide usage is included with every event project.

Editing, Delivery & Turnaround
EDITING
After your event I handpick the strongest images and edit each one individually for consistency and visual impact. Natural color correction, balanced exposure, precise cropping. Every image is polished without losing its authenticity.
DELIVERY
Your final gallery is delivered through a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution files for press, websites, and print or select web-optimized versions for social and digital. No raw files are delivered under any circumstance.
TURNAROUND
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days. Typically 30 to 60 finished images per hour of coverage depending on the event type and activity level. Final image count is confirmed during our planning process.
For headshot booths at events we review images on set in real time. For documentary event coverage final image review happens through the delivery gallery.
Rush delivery is available at a flat fee of $750.
