Before embarking on the event photography journey, we engage in a meticulous planning phase. Together, we collaboratively brainstorm and curate a comprehensive shot list, strategically determining what to emphasize and what to steer clear of. This thoughtful preparation is the foundation for capturing the authentic essence of your event, ensuring every moment is expertly framed and preserved.
POSING & GUIDANCE
Primarily, events are captured candidly, preserving the authenticity of moments. Occasionally, when fitting, I proactively engage with guests to orchestrate group photos. Beyond that, I navigate seamlessly throughout the venue, continuously seeking creative angles and opportunities to encapsulate the uniqueness of your event in every frame
1 PHOTOGRAPHER WITH THE OPTION FOR MORE
When reserving our event photography service, the standard booking includes one photographer. However, for larger and more complex events, we prioritize comprehensive coverage by seamlessly integrating additional photographers, a consideration determined during the meticulous planning stages. This ensures that every significant aspect of your event is captured with the utmost attention and detail.

Event photography starts at just $400 for the initial hour and $300 for each subsequent hour.

EDITING / RETOUCHING
Once your event wraps up, we meticulously curate a gallery of images. Each photograph undergoes individual processing, ensuring meticulous color corrections, precise cropping, and subtle edits. This approach is aimed at presenting the genuine authenticity of every moment captured during your event, delivering a visually stunning and authentic representation of the occasion.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Receive your files digitally, optimized for a variety of purposes such as websites, social media sharing, editorial releases, magazine covers, and high-quality prints of your favorite shots. Our delivery ensures versatility, allowing you to seamlessly use and showcase your event photography across a range of platforms and media.
TIME FRAME
Anticipate file delivery within 10 business days following the Event. For expedited service with a turnaround of less than 3 days after the Event, a 30% rush fee will be applied to prioritize and accelerate the delivery process.
