Every project starts with two pre-production calls at no additional cost. The first call is where we get to know each other. I gather information, clarify your needs, and confirm fit. The second call is where we lock everything in. Shot list, schedule, logistics, and every detail confirmed before I arrive.

  • For headshot days where an advance site visit makes sense I scout the space beforehand so the day runs without surprises. We determine this together during our planning process based on your location and setup complexity.

    Most headshot days run four to five people per hour with ten to fifteen minutes of dedicated time per person. We review images together on set as we shoot so you are not waiting until delivery to find out if something worked.

    Pricing & Scheduling

    PRICING

    Corporate headshot days start at $650 and are priced per person. Solo headshot packages start at $650 for individuals who want a fully guided experience with multiple looks. Reach out and we will build the right scope for your team or your project.

    Hair and makeup is available starting at $450 and is coordinated through a third-party vendor confirmed at booking.

    An extended license covering two years of worldwide usage is included with every headshot project.

    STRATEGIC PLANNING

    Before the camera comes out we figure out what the image needs to do and who it needs to speak to. That conversation changes everything about how we shoot.

    POSING AND EXPRESSION COACHING

    I tell you exactly where to put your hands, where to look, and when to breathe. You will leave with images that look like you showed up ready, not like you were told how to stand.

    TIME TO GET IT RIGHT

    I do not move to the next look until the current one is done. Not done enough. Done. You will feel the difference.

    WARDROBE OPTIONS

    Bring a few outfits and we will work through them. Whether it is business formal, relaxed creative, or a mix of both, wardrobe guidance is available if you want help choosing looks that align with your goals.

    SAME-DAY IMAGE REVIEW

    During the shoot we review images together on set. You choose your favorites with my input so you leave knowing exactly what you are getting before retouching even begins.

    Retouching, Delivery & Turnaround

    RETOUCHING

    Every final image is retouched by me with a light hand. The goal is to remove distractions while keeping you looking like yourself. Polished, confident, and natural. Nothing overdone.

    DELIVERY

    Your images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution files for print and professional use or select web-optimized versions for digital and social. No raw files are delivered under any circumstance.

    TURNAROUND

    Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days. Rush delivery is available within 72 hours for an additional 25% of the total shoot fee.
